This is a beautiful house with everything that you need. The bedrooms are all a good size. A family of 12 stayed here and we all had enough room and space. The kids especially loved the table tennis. It is only a 5 min walk from the Main Street with shops and pubs. We would all love to stay here again

Superb house. Probably the best equipped we have ever had. Excellent position on the outskirts of Glossop with good views to the local hills. 10 minute walk to the centre of town.

We had an absolutely brilliant weekend in this beautiful, tastefully decorated property. It was spotlessly clean, very well equipped with everything we needed and exceptionally comfortable. It felt very spacious even with 11 adults staying, as there were several areas that you were able to relax in, as well as a well kept outdoor area and garden. We would definitely consider staying again.

House was great perfect for our family stay. Very clean, spacious and well furnished. The ping pong table was a great addition to the stay and was enjoyed by all ages. Not much in Glossop but was a great base to explore the Peak district. Found nice dog friendly pub on the high street Norfolk Arms with good choice of pub grub. Had small issue with one of the showers and owner was very responsive and offered to come straight away to correct.

We had a wonderful New Year at Willow Brook. The house is very impressive when you enter and furnished to a very high standard. The kitchen is very well equip with coffee machine, oven, microwave and a huge fridge freezer with ice making machine. Every one of the bedrooms and ensuites were immaculate. It is in a great location for a short walk into town. The owners were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend 1010

Plenty of room for us all to sit, chat and relax in the kitchendining area, where we spent most of the time!! All bedrooms were impressive in their size and comfort. We liked the property which, in general, is in a good and quiet location and with good facilities, fixtures and fittings and we did enjoy our stay. However, whilst it could so easily be transformed into a five star gold category, we can only award it four stars due to a variety of minor issues. These include cleaning a dirty toilet, dirty mattress protectors and dog mess in the garden, maintenance e.g. nonworking heating in several bedrooms and bathrooms, nonworking TV in one bedroom, loose shower door handle, lack of basic facilities and materials e.g. no trayshelf for soapshampoo in some showers, soap or shampoo was not supplied in all bathrooms, no washing up brush pan scourer, no ball for the table football machine and a rather stingy welcome pack. It is also the first time that I have been requested to strip the bedding before leaving a rental property. A more major feature is the severe creaking from floorboards and staircase enough to awaken guests. Most of the items listed could be easily, quickly and cheaply rectified and so allow the property to be fully rated as five star gold.

Superbly well equipped in a quiet location in cul de sac and close to shops this cottage exceeded our high expectations Ideal Peak district base for our family holiday which included 8 adults 3 young children and a Labrador.

We had a large family gathering and it was a perfect venue. We had a couple of problems resulting from the change in the internet supplier but they were quickly resolved.

This gorgeous property has everything you need for a comfortable weekend away. A peaceful location. There was plenty of room for 12 adults with two lounge areas and a third seating area in the kitchen diner which meant we had lots of space to relax, socialise etc. The balcony on the one bedroom was fantastic, and the sound of the water from the nearby stream was so relaxing with great views out of the bedrooms. The ping pong table was appreciated by all! Plenty of room for cars on the drive. Overall a fab stay.

A lovely house with comfortable beds and everything provided that you need. We had a lovely stay with friends and our dog at willow bank. A nice welcome basket and prompt replies from the owners to our queries. Would definitely recommend.

Willow Brook was everything it said it was on the website. A beautiful house with more than ample space and facilities for the 8 adults, 3 children and the dog in our party. We could also park our 4 cars on the secure driveway too. A lovely welcome pack of edibles was waiting for us in the kitchen alongside some treats for the dog. There is also a Nespresso coffee machine in the kitchen, with a number of pods provided, which I dont think was actually specified in the details. The only thing I think that perhaps could be improved would be the size and quality of the bathroom towels provided. Apart from that minor detail everything else was perfect and I would definitely stay here again.

Very spacious and comfortable house with everything we needed to enjoy almost a whole week in the rain. All bedrooms are large and the beds really comfortable. Best weeks sleep I've had in a long time. Table tennis tournaments was a great laugh with some taking it more serious than others. Very nice area with very friendly locals.

Excellent property, had a family Christmas, everyone had a great time. Would really recommend to any groups, two large separate living rooms and a great open plan area for dining. Would also add the owners were brilliant, nice touches for Christmas plus answered any questions quickly and nothing seemed too much trouble. Good location, ten minutes walk to Glossop centre.

Lovely house for a big group to shareand very comfortable the garden with the stream is lovely , but not safe to let kids or dogs out as stream is fast running and not fenced off. The table tennis was great and we used it alot it would have been fetter if the table football was downstairs rather than in a bedroom. Overall I would recommend as so comfy for a big group

We had a lovely weekend away. The property was spacious and comfortable and we all enjoyed sitting round the table together. We particularly liked the big bath and the large beds. We all enjoyed playing Pooh sticks on the bridge just round the corner. We had a couple of concerns about safety to let you know about the black railings outside on the decking are loose. One of our party nearly fell over as he lent on them. Some of the kitchen knives are in need of replacement. One has its tip missing. Another broke as I was using it. The blade snapped and flew off the handle. We were lucky it didnt hurt anyone as there were children sitting at the breakfast bar at the time. Weve left these knives on the windowsill. We also ran out of toilet rolls there were a few half rolls in one of the bathrooms. But I think 2 or 3 rolls per bathroom would be reasonable to expect. Thank you for a lovely stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Willow Brook. The house was beautiful and perfect size for our group. The rooms were all spacious and maintained well. Paul and Jen were always available when we wanted to ask a question and went the extra mile by even welcoming us with some treats. Beautifully appointed house immaculately clean with so much space for our family get together and coronation celebrations. Willow Brook has best kitchen equipment supplies we have ever seen in an holiday home, everything we needed and more. I incorrectly thought there was a problem with something, had to contact Paul who went above and beyond in trying to sort it out and was most gracious when I rang back to apologise for my mistake. If you want a property with lots of room, well equipped and in easy reach of local facilities I would not hesitate to recommend.

A wonderful place to stay, we really enjoyed it. We had the whole family there for our 50th wedding anniversary. There was plenty to do for everybody both in the house and in the local area. Some excellent restaurants although not on Mondays and Tuesdays but then there's a Weatherspoons in town. The heating system took a bit of getting used to but it wasn't a problem. Altogether an excellent place to stay
